Chiro Live – the 2023 BCA Conference

The Vox Conference Centre, Birmingham International Complex

18/11/2023

Following the huge success of last year’s event, we are delighted to launch Chiro Live, the 2023 BCA Conference and Excellence Awards.

Chiro Live 2023 is a chance for BCA members, students and the healthcare community to come together to discuss some of the most important issues facing the sector and celebrate our Mission: to be the home of chiropractors who put patients first.

You can expect

Another unforgettable event. We are busy planning a mouth-watering line up of speakers along with a healthy dose of BCA fun, including our new, interactive, TED talk style afternoon sessions, The Big Think. This will be a chance for you to enjoy a relaxed learning environment, kick back and see chiropractors talking in a way you’ve never seen before!

This will be followed by a stunning BCA Excellence Awards evening, including an exclusive gala dinner and live music. For those with extra energy, on Sunday morning there will be a BCA team run before you head home.

You won’t want to miss our fresh take on the annual conference, or the opportunity to connect with your peers for a day of learning and an evening of celebration.

Operation Excellence: The Ultimate Masterclass

Chiro Live 2023 is not just an opportunity for members and chiropractors to connect, your clinic staff are also invited!

Alongside the main conference programme, we will be running a morning Operation Excellence Masterclass for chiropractic clinic staff who are often the primary points of contact for individuals considering or accessing chiropractic care and manage front-of-house activities and back-office functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to not only expand your clinic staff’s skillset, but to also organise an exciting teambuilding away day for your hardworking team, with lots of opportunities to network and celebrate your collective achievements this year.

Poster Competition

This year, we are once again offering researchers, scholars, practitioners, and students the chance to share their research findings in a poster format throughout the conference. Student projects are particularly encouraged.

What our delegates said about last year’s conference

The British Chiropractic Association’s 2022 conference was nothing short of spectacular.” – Sophie Donaldson

Thank you for a wonderful conference from all at Crown Chiropractic here in Ascot.” – Chris Townsend

What a weekend at the BCA Homecoming conference. Allowing us as students to attend external seminars, network with other chiropractors and finally meet students from other UK institutions was a great privilege to us all. Saturday not only gave me great pride in being a BCA member, but also being part of the WIOC family.” – Kyla Koçak

It was a total pleasure to meet and interview the very lovely Dr Amir Khan and hear how warmly he spoke about the chiropractic profession.” – Catherine Quinn

Have a look at our 2022 conference highlights and get ready for this year’s fantastic event. We can’t wait to see you there!

Sponsor our student fund

Each year, thanks to the generosity of BCA members, chiropractic students from AECC University College, the University of South Wales, McTimoney College of Chiropractic, London South Bank University and Teesside University can attend our conference. Please consider sponsoring a student with your ticket this year. All those kindly sponsoring the student fund will be displayed on the event programme.

Information for students

This year, we are once again aiming to support as many students to attend the conference as possible. We want to fairly accommodate all the UK chiropractic courses and we have been in touch with the five UK universities about the sponsored student places. More information coming soon.
