Careers at the BCA
Why work with us?
We are a progressive, ambitious professional membership body, focussed on doing the very best for our 1800 members and for the chiropractic profession more widely. We cover the same ground as a much larger organisation, but in a more responsive and compressed timescale. For example, during the pandemic, we have been able to advise our members on every aspect of the challenges they face, with our small team and an active Board, when some other professions we work with have had the support of hundreds of staff. This makes our work exciting, fast-paced and very rewarding. Working for the BCA will expose staff to all the key functions of management, at a hands-on level of detail, such that they can advance their skills more rapidly and diversely than would be possible in a bigger team. We are flexible and willing to consider adjusting roles to suit individual capabilities, and to extend responsibilities to those who seek advanced development.
If you’re motivated, professional, enjoy doing your work well and gain job satisfaction from being part of a friendly team who value quality output and a can-do attitude, you will enjoy working with us.
