To capture biography and content information

    This form is designed to capture biography information that will be used to give our delegates information about those on the speaking programme. We will also ask about the title and content of your session. If you have any questions, please contact conferences@chiropractic-uk.co.uk
  • Please limit this to 1500 characters, thank you
  • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf.
    For quality purposes, we would appreciate the file size being greater than 400kb. Uploaded files can be no larger than 1GB.

  • This will be used in short form on our social media and other, promotional, channels for the event.

  • A more detailed expansion of the overview, if required, Please limit this to 1500 characters, thank you
