Organic Family Chiropractic is looking for a newly qualified or early-career chiropractor to join our established family practice in Cheltenham.

We've created the OFC Associate Development Programme specifically for a chiropractor at the beginning of their career who wants the support, mentoring and opportunity to develop into an exceptional family chiropractor.

You don't need to know everything yet.

We're much more interested in finding someone who is warm, ambitious, highly coachable, genuinely comfortable with children and excited about developing a career in family chiropractic.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:

You'll initially join OFC in a 30-hour employed position with a guaranteed starting salary, giving you financial security while you develop your skills and build your patient base.

OUR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

• Weekly 1:1 clinical mentoring
• Weekly 1:1 career and practice-growth mentoring
• Ongoing paediatric and family chiropractic development
• Clinical communication and case-management development
• Support building and retaining your diary
• Social media and content training
• Workshops and public-speaking opportunities
• Community marketing and events
• Support developing local professional referral relationships
• Weekly team development

You'll have approximately 25 hours per week allocated to clinical care and diary development.

Initially, any gaps in your clinical diary will be used intentionally to help you build it through social media, local events, workshops, networking and community outreach.

As your diary grows, your patient-facing hours will naturally increase and your earning potential grows with you.

RENUMERATION:

We don't believe an ambitious associate should remain on a fixed graduate salary once they've developed a successful practice.

You'll begin with the security of a guaranteed salary and have a clear pathway towards our performance-led Associate remuneration structure as your diary becomes established.

This creates significant earning potential as you develop into an established OFC chiropractor.
