How do I join the Conference?
You can join the conference by clicking the meeting link in the email that was sent on 8th October.
When you click the link, you will see this:
Make sure you select ‘Open Link’ with Zoom Meetings highlighted, as shown.
How do I join computer/device audio?
On most devices, you can join computer/device audio by clicking Join Audio, Join with Computer Audio, or Audio to access the audio settings. Learn more about connecting your audio.
Can I Use Bluetooth Headset?
Yes, as long as the Bluetooth device is compatible with the computer or mobile device that you are using.
Do I have to have a webcam to join on Zoom?
No, as you will be a participant you will not be on camera but will be able to see the presenters/ content but not the other participants.
If you are having any difficulties that you can’t resolve please check through the points above and try again.
We are not able to offer a live trouble shooting service for anyone having difficulties but, if you are still not able to join, don’t panic.
All the content, plus the extra ‘on-demand’ material will be available for all delegates after the event. You can still utilise this as learning with others if you view the content alongside other colleagues (in person or as a virtual viewing).
