BCA Member Survey

In autumn 2023, we conducted a member survey. Our aim was to review, as we should periodically, the products and services we offer to ensure they meet the evolving needs of members. The responses to the survey not only gave the BCA feedback on how things are now, but also provided insight into how things will likely develop in the future. Therefore, they will inform our strategic planning moving forward.

Overall the results were great, showing high levels of satisfaction, good engagement of services, and indicating areas for future growth.
