In our conversations with the GCC, they have suggested that virtual sessions can count as ‘learning with others’ providing you participate in the LIVE session. If being viewed afterwards, it won’t count as learning with others unless you are viewing the recording whilst interacting with other colleagues. In the latter situation, you would need to provide evidence of that interaction, which could be screen grabs showing multiple participants, for example.
If you watch the recording, it can count as CPD (if it meets learning goals but not learning with others).
