Tim Button and Catherine Quinn
In October 2023, Tim Button became President of the British Chiropractic Association after six years at the BCA as Treasurer and Vice President, throughout which he worked closely with the BCA’s Past President, Catherine Quinn, to meet our Vision for chiropractic to be integral to UK healthcare. Tim is a clinic owner who led much of the work on COVID-19 documentation and can be relied upon by BCA members to bring new thinking and energy to BCA endeavours.
In his clinical life, Tim has established Cleve Chiropractic over the last 19 years to the multidisciplinary clinic it is today, where he now leads a highly experienced and knowledgeable team. In 2014, he created a physiotherapy, exercise and rehabilitation clinic to run alongside the chiropractic clinic.
Catherine Quinn (MChiro DC FRCC) was President of the BCA from October 2017 to October 2023, leading the Association through a range of opportunities and challenges. Catherine has been in private practice since graduating from the AECC in 2012 after completing a BSc in Sports Science. She is the Queens Park Rangers FC chiropractor and is in private practice at Cleve Chiropractic, Bristol.
Catherine has delivered keynote lectures on the role of chiropractic within multidisciplinary healthcare teams to both the UK Sports Medicine community at the Football Medical and Performance Association, and Internationally at FICS. She has spoken widely about the need to professionalise chiropractic, ensuring that good governance gives us a solid foundation to do so, the need to support and nurture our future leaders and the value of integrative and collaborative healthcare.

Bill Morgan, Parker University
Bill Morgan, Parker University
William E. Morgan, DC, is the president of Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Before coming to Parker, Bill was the chiropractor to the United States Capitol, treating members of the U.S. Congress and the Supreme Court. He was also the White House chiropractic consultant and a clinician at Walter Reed National Military Center.
A pioneer in hospital-based chiropractic, Morgan has been credentialed in five hospitals. In addition to holding faculty appointments at various chiropractic colleges, he has been on faculty of a medical school. From 2009 to 2016, he was the team chiropractor for the United States Naval Academy football team.
When a tornado destroyed Parker University’s campus in 2019, Bill’s leadership was put to the test. During this trying time of leadership, Parker University grew and transformed its educational processes. Parker has rebuilt its campus and is now listed as the 20th fastest growing college in the United States (there are 5300 colleges in the U.S.). It now offers 35 different programs and degrees and is the second largest chiropractic campus in the world. It should be noted that this growth occurred while increasing the academic standards for admission.
Dr. Morgan understands transformational leadership.

Barbara Chesworth
Barbara Chesworth
I own Female Focus which is a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Clinic based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. I established Female Focus in August 2018 after spending 15 years working in the NHS.
As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, I treat a range of conditions including pelvic pain, bladder pain, incontinence, diastasis recti and prolapse (to name a few….). I treat women of all ages and activity levels. I have the skills and expertise to carry out both internal and external assessments of the pelvis.
Over the years I have found that chiros and physios have a huge overlap of role, but also do quite different things too. I think we can really work together to get a brilliant outcome for our clients. I have established some really strong links with local chiropractors, and we often share patients.

Hannah has been working in general practice since 2018, seeing patients as a First Contact Practitioner and establishing MSK triage services across the Winchester Primary Care Network.

Hannah has now returned to AECC University College to study physiotherapy, and has spent the summer on placement in the MSK and respiratory departments of various hospitals across Dorset and Hampshire
Her particular interests lie in joint injections, health inequalities, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
