Local Essex Chiropractor Awarded ‘New Chiropractor of the Year’ at the BCA Excellence Awards 2024

Maldon local chiropractor, Charlotte Mackie, based at Advanced Chiropractic, Maldon was recognised at the British Chiropractic Association’s (BCA) annual BCA Excellence Awards on Saturday 12th October, winning the New Chiropractor of the Year award.

The BCA Excellence Awards are an opportunity to recognise the exceptional achievements of Chiropractors across the country, and celebrate the BCA’s best-in-class members, demonstrating its patient-centred approach.

In her first year of practice, Charlotte has made a significant impact in patient-centred care, community engagement, and professional development. She has fostered strong relationships with GPs, sports teams, and wellness groups, promoting integrated healthcare and chiropractic’s benefits. Her patient care is widely praised for its thoroughness and compassion, attracting many referrals.

Alongside completing her post-registration training with the Royal College of Chiropractors, Charlotte has also represented England in the Commonwealth Games, showcasing her dedication and time management.

Winners were chosen based on the number of votes they received, and the content of their nominations being in line with the awards criteria.
