Busy Pregnancy and Paediatrics Clinic in London seeking an enthusiastic and motivated new associate to start ASAP.

We are based in Balham (SW London) just a few minutes walk from the tube and mainline train station.The area is teeming with young families/ pregnant women. The Principle Chiropractor and lead associate are at full capacity and struggling to meet the demands of the mums to be and babies and really need someone who either already has experience in this field or is willing to learn. Ideally somebody who has always intended to practice in this field- the interest and passion needs to shine through. We have fantastic relationships with local doulas and other birth workers.
You will be taking over an existing patient base but will also need to be prepared to grow your list.
We currently do very little marketing due to the lack of need, but we have fantastic marketing and admin support in place to build a new associate’s patient base. We have also just partnered with an exclusive members club as their trusted Chiropractic Clinic.

Whilst you will initially be taking over a patient base, you will also be required to build your list through excellent patient management and local networking. You will have access to the brilliant Complete Practice Mastery programme as well as regular in house training and CPD with the Principle Chiropractor. The position will be FULL time 30-35 hours / week to include AMs and PMs and Saturday shifts are non-negotiable. You MUST be very motivated and willing to get involved in the local community to help build a strong patient base and a local reputation.
You will be supported by a full time front of house team and a fantastic Clinic Manager.
The clinic owner will hold your hand and support you but you must also show independence and initiative.
