Associate Chiropractor position available
Full-time associate required to work between our Hitchin and Luton clinics. Working with experienced Chiropractors: Peter Heale (Principal) and 4 associates. The clinics practice diversified technique; however, this is not exclusive to all treatments offered.
Our Luton clinic is on the outskirts of a busy city and has been a well-established clinic in the area for the past 36 years.
Hitchin clinic is situated in an old market town and has been established for the past 30 years.
Both clinics are filling up to capacity as they are commuter towns that are approximately a 30 minute train journey to London; therefore, we require a like-minded individual to come on board and take on the extra patients.
The clinics are equipped with: Digital X-Ray Facilities, Flexion-Distraction Benches, Reception Staff, Online Booking, Massage Therapists, Marketing Department, Therapeutic Ultrasound Machines and 24 hour online access to your clinic diary.
The employed position has a retainer of £33K per year for 35 hours per week for the first 2 years of practice, this includes 28 days paid holiday pro rata per year plus statutory sick pay, with optional enrolment into the national pension scheme. After 2 years you will have the option to either remain as employed or to join the company as a shareholder and earn a higher percentage (up to 60%) for the patients that you see; this also includes a potential bonus of a percentage share of the profit that the clinics have made that year.
BCA, GCC & RCC fees included for full time employees; PRT training included for the 1st year of practice if starting as a new graduate.
Alternatively, there is an option to come in directly as a shareholder with a 50% percentage commission on patients seen (with the option to increase to 60% in the future); please note that this option does not include a retainer, holiday/sick pay, paid fees or enrolment into the national pension scheme. PRT and potential bonus of annual profits are still included.
A part-time self-employed position could be considered; however, terms would need to be discussed.

Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
